Ji Ye is an attorney at Primera Law Group, where her practice centers on protecting workers' rights. As a passionate civil rights advocate, she is dedicated to fighting for individuals facing discrimination in the workplace. Ji earned her Juris Doctor with honors from the Emory University School of Law.
During law school, Ji interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission where she worked on complex cases involving sex, age, and race-based employment discrimination and retaliation claims. She also interned at the American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia where she contributed to impact litigation safeguarding voting rights, fought for reproductive freedom, and challenged illegal book bans in the Deep South. Ji’s commitment to equal justice led her to the Colorado Poverty Law Project and Atlanta Legal Aid where she defended tenants facing unlawful eviction and fought against discriminatory housing practices. In addition to litigation experience in non-profit and government settings, Ji also gained judicial experience as an extern for Judge Tim O’Shea of the Colorado 10th Judicial District.
