Originally from North Texas, Sam earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver (DU) in Political Science and completed a double minor in Leadership Studies and Socio-Legal Studies. At DU, Sam served as a student mentor and executive board member with the Colorado Women's College Leadership Scholars. She is an active fellow and volunteer with Law School…Yes, We Can! Colorado and plans to pursue a career in law.
